BeautyBay.com offers a hassle-free 7 Day return policy!
If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the product you’ve ordered from BeautyBay.com you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (this excludes any postage charges).
To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the following steps;
1. Request A Returns Label
Please email us at customerservices@beautybay.com
or call us on +44 (0) 161 848 4480 to notify us of your intent to return.
Your email should contain the Order Reference Number from your Dispatch Note as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.
Please also tell us whether you'd like an alternative product/replacement or a refund.
Once you've notified us of your intent to return the goods, we'll email you a pre-paid returns address label to affix on the parcel to be returned.
Please note: any returns which are received without prior notice as per the above will incur a delay in the processing time.
Free returns are only for parcels being returned within the UK.
2. Post The Item To Us
To qualify for a full refund, any items being retuned must be in their original packaging and with any seal intact and in a re-saleable condition. Ensure that you enclose your Advice Note/Receipt within the package.
Ensure you use secure packaging to seal the parcel.
Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing.
Please Note: BeautyBay.com will not be liable for any lost return packages.
If you are outside the UK: Please follow the above procedure but please pay the appropriate shipping costs and affix the label provided with your receipt. Any underpaid returns will not be processed.
Please note, BeautyBay.com will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.
