- Press the orange power button once
- When the light is flashing green, the device is ready to begin a treatment
- Place light in contact with skin, directly over the area to be treated.
- Each treatment cycle is three minutes. An audible beep will sound every 30 seconds during the treatment cycle. Two quick beeps will indicated when the cycle is complete.
- Use for 3 minutes over affected areas twice daily.
- Store the device in its stand.

- When the light is flashing green, the device is ready to begin a treatment
- Place light in contact with skin, directly over the area to be treated.
- Move the Tanda device gently around the face for up to 18 minutes, pausing for up to 3 minutes over areas that require more attention (eg. around eyes).
- Allow 20-24 hours in-between treatment sessions.
- Store the device in its stand.
