- Insert batteries to unit.
- Attach unit to belt.
- Attach pads to belt.
- Remove pad covers (keep these safe as you will need them after use).
- Wrap belt tightly around your waist with the large pad centred over your navel and the two smaller pads directly between your hip-bones and ribs.
- Switch unit on.
- Select desired intensity.
- Unit will stop automatically once session has stopped.
- Replace covers on pads once finished.
