  I love this colour! I usually paint two coats and it almost look like black but you can tell it's blue. I get fantastic results every time with it.

 •   Apply chosen Essie Base Coat.
 •   Follow with 2 coats of chosen Essie laquer.
 •   Finish with preferred Essie Top Coat to prevent chipping.
