Re-launched for the Essie Holiday 2011 Collection this vintage Essie colour was first introduced in the Pour It On Collection from 2007. A true black base infused with a hint of silver, green and purple shimmer. Essie Over The Top is a stunning shade that is perfectly opaque in just 2 coats!
