I recently bout the mini Nicki Minaj collection, that also has this color in it and may I just say it is gorgeous! Not very bright, not very toned down yellow, just a perfect one!
• Apply chosen OPI Base Coat.
• Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI polish.
• Finish with preferred OPI Top Coat to prevent chipping.
