  Lovely sheer color, but somehow this polish streaks a lot which I've never experienced with OPI before.

• Apply chosen OPI Base Coat.
• Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI lacquer.
• Finish with preferred OPI Top Coat to prevent chipping.
