I think it is the cutest colour among the Minnie Mouse Vintage Collection! Not so great the big brush for application. Good after 3 coats for a smooth result. It lasts infinite days!
• Apply chosen OPI Base Coat.
• Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI lacquer.
• Finish with preferred OPI Top Coat to prevent chipping.
