  I love this color but since it's a little translucent, I'd recommend using a matte color underneath it.

 •   Apply chosen OPI Base Coat.
 •   Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI polish.
 •   Finish with preferred OPI Top Coat to prevent chipping.
