Love, love, love this blue! It's gorgeous, tend to a beautiful sky at night, I absolutely love it! Only bad point: you need at least 3 coats.
• Apply chosen OPI Base Coat.
• Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI lacquer.
• Finish with preferred OPI Top Coat to prevent chipping.
