I like these bright colors to with sun tanned skin. They give a summery feeling. They stay on great. Are easy to use. They make every day a little bit more bright and fun. A good buy. -

Love these - my second opi mini collection - they are so dinky. I found application just as I'd expect with OPI. Always need two coats with neon colours. -

a bit disappointing - very hard to get a neat smooth finish with this set. the varnish wears off much quicker than other opi polishes i've got. lovely colours though

• Apply Neon White Base Coat.
• Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI neon lacquer.
• To achieve a glossy finish, apply 1 coat of OPI Top Coat over the top.
