  I had definitely wished this was more opaque but then the beautiful flakies wouldn't be so "alive". This is gorgeous over black, navy or purple! :)

• Apply chosen Orly Base Coat.
• Follow with 2 coats of chosen Orly lacquer.
• Finish with preferred Orly Top Coat to prevent chipping.
