Too Faced Borderline Lip Pencil is a colourless, waterproof lip liner which ensures your lip colour remains perfectly in place.
Designed to eliminate the need for multiple lines, this universal pencil will work with all colours and formulas, giving a resistant barrier around the lips to perfect the shape and give definition. Paraben-free, this has a good-for-you formula which is also free of preservatives and mineral oils, whilst the moisturising formula smoothes and soothes skin.
The innovative formula works to stimulate cell regeneration for healthier, more youthful lips and the fine tip allows you to apply with precision.
Lips are perfectly defined, with no more fading, bleeding or less than perfect colour.
