Urban Decay Blow Lip Plumper's high-tech formula works beneath the skin to plump lips. (We’ll do anything to keep you away from a nasty injection!) The pretty, glossy shine gives an extra kick to your plumping, while the deliciously masochistic numbing sensation lets you know it’s working.

How’s Blow different than other plumpers out there? Most work on the surface of the skin to irritate lips, causing swelling and a burning sensation. Blow works below the surface, and gives you a numbing sensation. (If you prefer the burn, try our Big Fatty Lip Plumper!)
