- Charge the controller.
- Connect the controller to shorts once fully charged,
- Place the pads onto the shorts as instructed in manual.
- Pull shorts on and loosly fasten the waistband.
- Remove the covers from the black side of the pads.
- Press all pads firmly to bottom and thighs.
- Press the on/off switch on controller.
- Select desired programme and intensity.
- After a complete session the unit will turn itself off.
- Remove shorts and replace pad covers,
- We recommend that you do 5 training sessions a week to see results.
- You should leave a minimum of 6 hours between sessions.
