• Attach unit to belt.
• Attach pads to belt.
• Remove pad covers (keep these safe as you will need them after use).
• Wrap belt tightly around your waist with the large pad centred over your navel and the two smaller pads directly between your hip-bones and ribs.
• Switch unit on.
• Select desired intensity.
• Unit will stop automatically once session has stopped.
• Replace covers on pads once finished.
