Ingredients
- 1 tsp of plain yogurt
- 2 tsp of honey
- 1 tsp of finely ground oatmeal
- 1 vitamin A capsule
- 1 vitamin E capsule
- 5 drops of lavender essential oil
Directions: Create a smooth paste with the above ingredients. Apply on clean skin and leave on for 20-30 minutes and lie down and relax. This mask can be used once a week.
