Ada Masotti started off opening a dress-making shop in Bologna, and developed a luxury lingerie range-La Perla, which was innovative in its styles, and revolutionary in its design. La Perla launched the first two piece sets in original colours, as opposed to traditional whites & neutral tones, and have brought out lines to reflect each era, such as light, comfortable free-moving underwear for women of the 1970's. The La Perla fragrance reflects the sensuality, and feminity of women.
