Paul Smith's real passion was sport and his ambition was to become a professional racing cyclist, until aged 17 years, when he was in a terrible accident which led to six months in hospital. During this time he made new friends, who inspired him to become a part of the creative world. Within two years, Paul Smith was managing his first boutique in Nottingham and with the encouragement of his girlfriend Pauline Denyer (now wife), opened a tiny shop in 1970. By 1976 Paul showed his first menswear collection in Paris under the Paul Smith label. His popular fragrances include Paul Smith Extreme, & Paul Smith London.

A true rose scent with staying power. Edgy and young though appeals to older women too. Less sweet than Stella. Have to fight off my sixteen year old daughter to use it. No confectionary smell like so many modern rose perfumes. Try it.

This was my favorite perfume. Was, because I used it up (100ml) in less than half a year, which is a lot when owning about 15-20 different perfumes. The scent isn't as heavy as a lot of rose-perfumes, but airy and feminine. Love it. (:
