Philip Kingsley Moisture Balancing Conditioner is a nourishing conditioner especially formulated for medium textured, wavy hair or fine and processed hair types.
This conditioner has an effective balancing action, delivering moisture where it’s needed most at the mid lengths and ends, without ever weighing the hair down. One of the best sellers in the Philip Kingsley range, this conditioner leaves the hair shiny, smooth and tangle-free.
It features Wheat Proteins which help to strengthen and condition the hair, plus Silicone which improves combing and manageability. Guar Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Chloride is also included and is a natural antistatic which forms a smoothing and conditioning barrier. Finally Citric Acid, an antioxidant, works to smooth the cuticle and protect the hair.
Perfect for use on colour treated hair, Moisture Balancing Conditioner is also excellent for children as it provides painless and easy detangling. Hair is given a brilliant shine and is lustrous, healthy and smooth.
