Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner Flaky & Itchy Scalps is a leave in scalp treatment which is especially developed to soothe and treat an irritated and flaky scalp.
With an anti-microbial and anti-flaking formula, this scalp tonic provides immediate and long lasting relief from scalp irritation. A carefully selected blend of ingredients works to soothe and calm an itchy, irritated or flaky scalp, helping to prevent its recurrence too.
Camphor works to cool and soothe the scalp, noticeably reducing irritation. Piroctone Olamine Benzalkonium Chloride offers long lasting relief from flaking and also helps to prevent the recurrence of flaking.
The scalp is noticeably soothed, clearer and healthier.
