Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner Rehydrating Scalp Energizer is a leave in treatment which is especially developed to rehydrate and energise the scalp for optimum hair growth.
It features a blend of unique ingredients which work to stimulate blood supple to the scalp, absorb excess oil and protect against bacteria. The refreshing formula lightly moisturises whilst promoting a clear and healthy scalp.
Scalp Toner contains Witch Hazel, a mildly astringent ingredient, plus Piroctone Olamine which works to protect against bacteria and yeasts which can cause irritation. Sodium Salicylate is also included and is an anti-scaling ingredient which has a soothing anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant action. Finally Menthol cools and stimulates the scalp.
The scalp is refreshed, toned and energised and given the optimum conditions for healthy hair growth.
