Love the consistency, but the color is a bit darker than it looks in the bottle. It's not the typical bright turquoise color. Its a bit less vibrant, but still lovely!

- Apply chosen Essie Base Coat.
- Follow with 2 coats of chosen Essie lacquer.
- Finish with preferred Essie Top Coat to prevent chipping.
