Add some bling to your mani! I recieved a lot of compliments when layering this over a black polish. Difficult to remove as most glitters, but great duration:)
- Apply chosen OPI Base Coat.
- Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI lacquer.
- Finish with preferred OPI Top Coat to prevent chipping.
- Alternatively apply 1 coat of The Living Daylights over 2 coats of your desired OPI lacquer.
