As well as being a stockist of all your favourite beauty brands, we also want to be a source of information – where you can find out everything you need to know about a product before you buy it! We’ve always had customer reviews, but now more than ever, we feel we have to make a feature of these. After all, there’s nothing better than honest words from fellow beauty lovers to help you make an informed choice!

To encourage genuine (and honest) reviews, we're going to be rewarding you for leaving your feedback…

Reviews don't have to be long or detailed, just a few lines on what you liked (or didn't like) about a product you've previously purchased!

You can remind yourself of what you've bought at BeautyBay by logging in to your profile.

Every month, we'll do a prize draw and one lucky reviewer will Win £50 to spend at BeautyBay.com

Find the product you've previously purchased from BeautyBay.com, and click on the REVIEWS tab…

Enter your Name, Email, Comments and give the product a rating out of 5.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Reviewers must use the same email address on review submission as that used on the account from which the product was ordered.
  2. Review should be honest and only one review per product per person can be submitted.
  3. Purchase does not have to be within last month.
  4. All reviews are monitored to ensure relevance and to prevent spam content. Any review which contains inappropriate content will be blocked (this doesn't mean a negative review but refers to spam, external links, inappropriate/offensive language).
  5. At the end of each month, one eligible winner will be chosen at random and will be informed by email. Failure to respond the email within 10 working days will result in a forfeit of the prize and a new winner will be chosen.
  6. £50 prize will be in the form of a voucher valid at BeautyBay.com only. No cash alternative.
  7. BeautyBay.com reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
