Combine this toner with Anne Semonin Intensive Complexes to enhance your daily beauty regime. Anne Semonin Botanical Toner can also be used alone to gently tone and rebalance the skin and effectively remove eye make-up. This neutral solution is designed to be custom blended with Anne Semonin Intensive Complexes. Hydrating and soothing, Anne Semonin Botanical Toner penetrates the skin and into the lymph due to the combination of trace elements and essential oils, increasing skins cellular exchange and regeneration.
