Cellex-C Fresh Complexion Mist is a pale, leaf green herbal based toner containing alpha and beta hydroxy acids designed to gently stimulate your skins natural sloughing action to reveal a fresh, glowing complexion. This mist is a twentieth century formulation translation of the ancient and traditional Japanese ''Beauty Water'' and is suitable for even the most delicate skin. This is great for using after exercising or cleansing to help tighten, tone and refresh the skin, and it is suitable for all skin types.
