Face Care Kit Contains:

• Cleansing Cream 10ml – A gentle, yet deeply cleansing cream cleanser which is suitable for all skin types. The Cleansing Cream has grains of nut in it but it is not an exfoliant, and you must not scrub with the product.  Scrubbing only tears off skin cells that may not yet be ready to come off, thus encouraging sensitivity and other adverse reactions. The Cleansing Cream encourages the skin cells to slough off more effectively, so your skin still glows and looks healthy without needing to rub, instead use the rhythmical pressing and lifting movement.
• Clarifying Toner 10ml – A refreshing toning lotion especially developed for very oily and acne prone skin types.
• Normalising Day Oil 5ml – A lightweight, non-greasy oil which works to help regulate the skin’s oil production.
• Facial Steam Bath XXml – A stimulating, decongesting steam treatment to help open pores, loosen blackheads and disinfect and soothe oily skin.
• Rejuvenating Mask 5g – An intensive treatment mask especially formulated to revitalise oily, normal and sensitive skin types.
• Cleansing Clay Mask 10g – A deeply purifying mask which is ideally suited to oily and blemished skin types.

Dr Hasuchka has a homeopathic approach to skin care: ‘like cures like’. By applying a treatment oil to an oily skin type the skin slows down its own production, which in turn works to reduce the formation of blackheads and inflammation. This collection works to maintain the pH balance so that the acidic barrier protecting skin remains undamaged. These products are deeply cleansing, yet maintain and support the skin’s natural moisture levels. Skin glows with health, is radiant and balanced and blemishes are treated, soothed and healed.

Tip: Clarifying Toner should only be used on oily skin. Once it helps to normalise the oily condition, you should then be able to change to using Facial Toner.

• Use twice a day, in the morning and at night.
• Remove make-up with Cleansing Milk, moisten face well with water.
• Squeeze 0.5 inch of Cleansing Cream into wet hands, mix with warm water and spread between wet hands to create a creamy emulsion.
• Begin to work the Cleansing Cream into the face with a rolling pressing movement of palms and fingers. Work from the centre to the outside to stimulate the lymphatic flow. Keep the emulsion wet, DO NOT RUB AND SCRUB.
• The length of time required to work Cleansing Cream into the skin for an oily impure condition is 3 - 5 minutes. Remember to keep the emulsion wet.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with a cool splash or compress. This causes the arrector pili muscle at the base of the hair follicle to contract, loosening any impurities that has accumulated deep in the pore.
• Mist face and neck liberally with Clarifying Toner and gently press into the skin, morning and evening after cleansing.
• Apply a small amount morning and evening after cleansing and toning.
• The Facial Steam bath can be used once a week to open the pores before a deep cleanse with the Clay Mask.
• Fill a bowl with half a litre of boiling water and add two tablespoons of Facial Steam Bath. Lean over the bowl and inhale deeply for 5 - 10 minutes.
• Mix the clay mask with two teaspoons of warm water and apply after the facial steam treatment.
• Facial Steam Bath and Cleansing Clay Mask work together as an effective program for oily skin. Applied once or twice a week to support the skin in finding its own natural balance.
• As an intensive treatment the Rejuvenating Mask can be applied sparingly after a deep cleanse, leave on for 20 - 30 minutes then compress gently away with a tepid moist cloth.
