 •   Smooth the balm over the face and start slowly. Warm the balm in the palms of your hands and gently massage over the face, sliding the pressure down the neck, pressing on the sides of the clavicle.
 •   Next, starting at the centre of the forehead, gently massage with circular motions, pressing on the temples to finish. Press softly on the inner and outer corner of the eyes, sliding towards the outer corner. Finish by pressing on the temples.
 •   Following this step, slide fingers downwards along the bridge of the nose, concentrating around the nostrils. Works fingertips along the lower and upper lips from the centre, moving to the outer corners of the mouth. Slide the web of your thumb upwards along the jaw line to life the chin area.
 •   Final exfoliation. Wet the mitten (check this comes with said mitten?) with lukewarm water. Starting from the T-Zone, or the sides of the nose, gently wipe the face to remove dead skin cells and residual dirt, leaving the skin smoother to the touch.
