It is shiny and pretty but it doesn't work as an eyeshadow at all, maybe it did not claim to - it doesn't stick on a glitter glue primer or if applied wet. The only way I can use it now is as a highlighter or a body glitter - just rubbing it into the skin with my fingers. The texture is pretty powdery and dry, and there are separate glitter particles with a strong white base. I'm unsure.

Absolutely love the glitter, it has some class blue-ish undertones that suit cool toned skin. Can be a bit messy but that is expected with any loose glitter

It's loose glitter and it is GREEN. do not buy this for eyes as it will fall inside and cause pain; do not buy this as a shimmer as the glitter does not form a metallic layer. It also won't stay in place.
