- Use once nightly.
- Apply to clean, makeup-free upper lids on the same area you would apply eyeliner. Using the felt-tip applicator provided, apply a thin line to the base of your upper lash line with your eyes closed, taking care to not get the serum in your eyes.
- Fan dry for a few seconds before repeating on the other side.
