Great for dry and sensitive skin
I wouldn't ordinarily use such a thick cream, but I am on tretinoin and it is really helping to manage the dryness. I can't use it in the day as it is too thick for my combo skin, but it is great at night time after using tret.

The best I've tried so far
This is honestly incredible. I've had a really bad eczema flare up and everything I put on it stings and reacts at the moment. I did some research and this has been amazing. I use about a pea size amount and a little extra for my very sensitive area around my mouth and it just sinks in and keeps my skin hydrated and soothed. No itchiness, no stinging, no reaction at all. I'm hoping my dry, textured skin is a thing of the past.
