نظفي ونقي بشرتك مع منظف إيف لوم. يجمع هذا المرهم المنظف بين زيت القرنفل وزيت الأوكالبتوس وزيت الجنجل وزيت البابونج المصري مع زبدة الكاكاو، ليذوب على البشرة ويزيل الأوساخ والحطام والشوائب والمكياج (بما في ذلك المكياج المقاوم للماء). عند استخدامه مرتين يوميًا لمدة 14 يومًا، ثبت سريريًا أن هذا المرهم المنظف يقلل من الرؤوس السوداء والرؤوس البيضاء دون انسداد المسام. وأثبت سريريًا أيضًا أنه يرطب البشرة (لمدة تصل إلى 12 ساعة بعد الاستخدام)، ويساعد هذا المنظف على تنغيم البشرة وتقشيرها لتحسين ملمس البشرة للحصول على بشرة أكثر توازنًا.

- اغرف كمية صغيرة من المنظف وقم بتدفئتها بين الأصابع قبل تدليكها على البشرة الجافة بحركات دائرية.
- للشطف، بلل قطعة قماش التنظيف المصنوعة من القطن 100% من EVE LOM في ماء ساخن وقم بفرك البشرة، مع التركيز على أي مناطق تحتاج إلى اهتمام (مثل الجفاف، الانسداد، أو المكياج الثقيل).
- اشطف قطعة القماش وكرر العملية مرة ثانية وثالثة قبل الانتهاء بكمادة باردة باستخدام القماش والماء البارد.
- بعد ذلك، اشطف قطعة القماش بالماء البارد واعصرها لإزالة الفائض.
- يمكن غسل قطعة القماش يدوياً بالماء الدافئ أو معاملتها كقطن أبيض في الغسالة.
- جففها بالتعليق. لا تضعها في المجفف.

I've been a loyal user
I've been a loyal user of Eve Lom's cleanser for years, valuing its effectiveness as a balm that thoroughly removes makeup and sunscreen without stripping the skin. Although it's pricey, the quality justifies the cost. However, my recent experience with their customer service was disappointing. After buying a product just before a promotion was announced, I contacted customer service hoping they might honor the discount for my recent purchase. They refused, only allowing a return, which led me to return and repurchase the product to use the discount and get the promotional gift. This process was not only inconvenient but also wasteful, highlighting a need for better flexibility and environmental consideration in their policies. While the cleanser remains excellent, Eve Lom's customer service could use improvement.
