I’ve always enjoyed having microdermabrasion, but not something I could afford as often as I’d like. This little tool does the perfect job at home with the same quality outcome!

Really love this little device. Doesn't get all impurities out at the time but certainly helps to make them easier to extract the next day. Makes my skin feel really smooth

fore you start it is certainly worth downloading the User Manual as it helps greatly with understanding exactly how to use it on your face, and what each of the three Tips are for.
Once you have downloaded the Foreo App I also discovered there is a Smart Control Tab which allows you to adjust the Derma to your own preferred settings including; the Vacuum Suction Intensity, the T-Sonic Intensity and to toggle the Pulse between Off, Low and High.
Foreo suggests you trial the Derma on your arm to ensure you are comfortable with the settings before going ahead with the treatment on your face.
According to the Foreo User Manual [the three Tips have different functions].
The Small Tip Precisely exfoliates the T-zone area.
The Medium Tip Helps reduce visible fine lines & stubborn imperfections.
The Large Tip Gently exfoliates the cheeks & sensitive areas.
Foreo recommend use of the derma 1-2 times per week for optimal results, in the PM to allow your skin to heal overnight. They also have guidance on what Skincare Products you can and can't use pre/post treatment eg/ Vitamin C, Retinoids, Peels etc.
I have to date only used the Small and the Medium Tips. I have found the Smallest Tip the best (for my skin) for Pore Vacuuming.

I have always double cleansed, would consider myself to get good marks for taking care of my skin.... but Oh My!
I have been horrifically fascinated with watching as the Derma as sucked tiny tiny dots out of my skin!! All over my face...
I really could have sat all night vacuuming my face, but the instructions are clear not to or I would be Bruised. I had to prise my hand off the device and put it away..
I have broken the rules and used it every night (I became addicted with the vacuum), and learned the lesson by getting a little bruised which was entirely my fault
I can say although it is early days, my skin does look brighter and better somehow. I feel with the 'recommended' consistent use I can see it is really going to help my skin.

I've only tried it once so far and I'm super impressed with it. It's quite gentle for a microdermabrasion device, but that doesn't impede its intended use. Ive gotta recommend this product. It made my skin look fabulous and smooth. Did such a good job that my husband thought I’d splashed out hundreds of pounds at some fancy salon. After using this device only a few times, I’ve noticed that my pores are much smaller, and most of my sun spots are gone. My face feels significantly smoother and looks more radiant. Of course, I’ll continue using it regularly to maintain the results and further smooth out any wrinkles. Kiwi derma is truly something special.
