Great product, like water

Take two, as it seems my first review wasn't posted: I purchased this product after watching a YouTube ad made directly by ISDIN, which depicted the ISDIN Fusion Water Colour Bronze being used on a model with dark skin, who appears to be a shade or two darker than I am. The shade itself was way too light to be used on dark skin tones. I reached out to Beauty Bay customer service, as this is clearly a case of misleading advertising. They told me I should have done some due diligence and advised that "suitability of a product should be determined prior to use, swatches and reviews." However, Beauty Bay doesn’t provide swatches. When I linked the video and provided an image of myself along with an actual swatch of the product, they completely disregarded it. I've never had a positive or effective customer service experience with Beauty Bay, despite being a returning customer who has spent a significant amount of money on this site. At one point, a delivery worth £40 was sent to the wrong address and the driver returned it to the port. I passed on this information directly from the delivery courier to Beauty Bay customer service in hopes of either a refund or having the parcel redelivered. Neither happened. They simply stopped responding. At the time I was a student, and £40 was a lot of money for me.
