firs one word for the packaging: stunning!
then the palette, very very powerfull, u can make a everry day look or a very extraordinary look, without any other color. Great transitions, grat pigmentation. pall out, yes, but I don't care if the produc is so pigmented is normal.

Found out the parcel was put through neibours door and no card left at mine, parcel was wet and oily and smelt fishy, products damaged inside, contacted Beauty Bay twice and was told will reply within 24 hours and still havenot heard anything, I've now missed the person's birthday present and have had to buy replacements which were more expensive, first experience with beauty bay, will think twice about shopping again

The colours are very vibrant and yoy get excellent coverage. Haven't used any of the shimmers yet to confirm how they perform but the mattes are lovely. On par with my other JSC pallettes.
