  The eyeliner is not very pigmented. I tried using it multiple times and everytime it leaves me saying "meh" out loud. It's not very creamy or smooth and the color is not as neon as it should be.

  It's written that they're neon, but it's just green. the pencil is waxy, resistant.

• Creamy, Dreamy neons

  These pencils remind me a little of NYX slide on glide on range. Super pigmented and creamy texture, no awful dragging or pulling on the eyes and really easy to lay into your water line, love them!

• Good for lines but not to blend and not very neon.

  You can't layer them, they are not as neon as expected, trying to blend them they break and don't work in the waterline.
