It wasn’t in the parcel. I reported it and sent photos and have heard nothing. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with customer services and I can honestly say they are absolutely rubbish. I wouldn’t advise anybody getting anything off of these people. It’s obviously a scam.

Not heavy on the hair and doesn’t leave a weird residue on my straightener. Hard to tell if it stops damage to my hair because I’ve only started using it, but my hair looks shiny after using it.
