بعد التنظيف بالمنظف المناسب حسب نوع البشرة ، خذي كمية وفيرة من القناع وضعيه على الوجه والرقبة. اتركي القناع على الوجه لمدة عشر دقائق تقريبًا.
يشطف جيدا بالماء البارد.
للحصول على علاج رائع ، ضعي المنتج في الثلاجة قبل وضعه.
يمكن استخدامه على الوجه والرقبة أثناء التمرين أو يمكن استخدامه كعلاج ليلي قبل النوم.
ثم استحمي في الصباح.
