I swim at the pool at least 3x a week and this product has saved my hair from all the chemicals that wreak havoc on healthy hair, leaving it soft and shiny. Best product for swimmers, as it should be, having been developed for the British Olympic swim team. I always buy Swimcap at Beauty Bay for the best price and customer service.

This is the only product I have found that truly protects my hair, and my hair color, from damage during my daily swims and leaves my hair feeling conditioned after washing, post-swim.
