• Light the stick
• Carefully blow out the flame
• Leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release fragrance
• Start to relax, then focus on affirmation
• Repeat ten times in your mind
• Burn for a minimum of 10 minutes
• Sticks can be carefully extinguished and then relit if required

• Mix with carrier oil for massage up to 5% or add three drops to a hot bath.
