يستخدم نسبة عالية من اثنين الرتينوءيدات من الجيل المقبل من (ثبت أن تكون أكثر فعالية من الرتينوءيدات القياسية) فإن تركيبة هذا السيروم خفيفة الوزن، حليبية القوام، حيث تعمل بجد لمحاربة أبرز علامات شيخوخة البشرة. و تقلل بشكل واضح من مظهر الخطوط والتجاعيد، والجلد المترهل، والتصبغ دون التهيج المرتبط عادة مع استخدام ريتينويد.
- Hydroxypinacolone Reinoate - وهو ريتينويد متقدم نختلف عن غيره، فهو لا يحتاج إلى الشكل النشط من فيتامين (أ) في البشرة، مما يجعله أفضل في علاج البقع السوداء والتجاعيد من الرتينوءيدات أخرى.
