Just brilliant
I’ve been after a balm cleanser and have tried others but this has been the best one. Removes makeup easily, leaves my skin feeling clean without being tight afterwards. Using their night cream and serum as well is turning into a favourite night time combination. It’s also good to support a brand that offers a recycling option directly on refills.
Decent Cleansing Balm
I use cleansing balms to remove my make up at the end of the day and this one is quite good. Does the job and leaves my skin feeling clean without stripping moisture. Would definitely recommend.
a cuddle for my skin
this one feels like a cuddle for my skin. I really love it. It's not the cleanser I use for heavy makeup of anything, but whenever I apply it the result is a brighter, refreshened skin. And it applies like magic. I wish I could leave it on my skin as a cream with these formulation would be FANTASTIC
ZERO STARS IF I COULD
Absolutely awful! I opened it and the smell was so bad i nearly vomited. It had to be placed in another room smell still lingered for hours. Scrubbed hands numerous times still could smell it.
Amazing product. Love it!
I love this product. It smells amazing, my skin looks the best it has been for ages. The focus on sustainability from the company was also important to me. I really like that they will refill the packaging.
Not for sensitive skin!
I had high hopes for this product and really love their sustainable mission but this cleanser was not for me. First of all, the scent is really strong and permiates to towels and pillowcases. Secondly, the formula is really oily, and you can only get it off by wiping vigorously. Lastly, the scent and the gritty texture combined with the needed rubbing is really irratating to my sensitive and dry prone skin. So sadly won't be recommending this product to anyone.

Tres bon produit. Il faut bien mettre de l’eau pour qu’il fonde complètement. Le produit se rince bien (avec un gant humide) et ne laisse pas de fini gras. Il enlève bien le maquillage mais je n’ai pas essayé sur les yeux. L’odeur est discrète.
Not for me
Personally I found the product a little gritty and the peppermint stung my eye. Plus it left a film on my skin. Maybe it would work for those trying to get off body makeup
A wonderful cleansing balm
This cleansing balm is just lovely! First of all, it smells beautiful. I use it as my first cleanse to take off a full face of a make up and it melts it all off so easily. It has small bits of ground apricot stones in (I think) which also provide some light exfoliation which I really like! Plus the brand is great as it uses up used coffee grounds, apricot stones etc so a win win for me!
