Great idea in sachets rather than a large pot. If I don’t have time to take before work it can go in my handbag and I can take when convenient. I add to some squash and drink whenever I feel like it. Being menopausal now, collagen isn’t what it used to be so I’m glad I am now getting a high quality supplement in my diet! After use for a week I was surprised I saw some change in my nails especially ! Will continue with this more to see more long term effects. My nails were stronger and I found broke less, and I’m always breaking nails! My skin looks better and I feel with long term use it will improve no end !
Made a difference
These are unflavoured but I have found if you like your tea milky you will have a slight malty taste added. They are fine in coffee and granola cereal with yoghurt though. I can see small benefits starting to appear with my skin appearing smoother.. I like they come in convenient sachets so easy to pop in your bag on the go. After having using these for a longer period of time I have started to notice my skin is much better and my joints have not been as stiff either. I purchased more of these in the same convenient packing and they fit in my purse for when I'm out and about.
Perfect for my commute
In February last year I had surgery on the bones in my foot and one of the things my doctor recommended I take to speed up my healing and overall health was collagen. I began taking different products but struggled to find one that didn't gunk up or taste like beef (Really!). I tried vital proteins and I noticed a difference within a month of using them. My hair has always been very curly but very, very fine and breaks easily; my nails are so soft that they bend if you press on them and were constantly breaking and I have constant pain in my knee and foot from previous injuries. One month of taking collagen and my hair wasn't falling off in handfuls in the shower anymore, my nails actually looked and felt like nails and my knee wasn't hurting so I was able to pick up running again. Bear in mind all of this is anecdotal but it is such a small change to make and has improved my life so drastically that this is one product I don't think I'll ever stop taking. When I discovered the sachets I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't know they made single serving packets. I found the sachets super easy to use and I add one pack to my pick me up tea in the afternoon. It has no flavour but makes the texture noticeably different and creamier, which I love. My boyfriend has recently started taking collagen as well after seeing my results but he prefers it mixed into his orange juice in the morning. My absolute favourite thing to do with vital proteins collage powder is my turmeric latte: 1 cup of hot milk of your choice (cow, cashew and oat are all really good) 1 tsp good quality turmeric powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch each of cloves, nutmeg, black pepper honey to taste 1 tbs coconut oil 1 tsp mct oil 10g collagen Blend everything together and enjoy the creamiest, healthiest drink of your day. Overall I'm really happy with vital proteins, they are my favourite collagen brand and I'm going to be trying the creamer next.

I do like it. I mixed it with apple juice and it has a lovely taste. I wish it was easier to dissolve though. I like the effect, it makes me hydrated. I use it daily, after work out. I feel like my body absorbs it the best at that time. Im looking forward to see more visible results, for example brightened complexion and more skin firmness.
Great Collagen
The best collagen I tried. No taste, no scent, fully soluble Sachets are easy and quick option especially when travelling. I noticed hair growth and skin glowing. Can’t recommend it more!
Easy to use
This is an easy to use product that I have found easy to mix into my coffee without unpleasant lumps. It does slightly affect the flavour but not enough to be an issue and is not unpleasant. My big issue with this is that the sachets it comes in are not recyclable. Also it is very expensive considering that the recommendation is for 1-2 sachets a day and there are only 10 in a pack. I have finished the pack but unfortunately I haven't seen any noticeable effects, however, I doubt 10 sachets would be enough to notice anything and it probably needs trialling for much longer.
Great Collagen product
A very efficient collagen product. No strange taste. After using just a few days my skin feels supple & soft & I can see it looks more elastic and fuller. Some collagen powders get clogged up at the bottom of the glass when you mix with water but not this one. It dissolved completely in my coffee and was easy to consume without leaving remnants at the bottom of glass or cup. One week later still impressed with the results, skin feeling supple and tighter. Definitely one of the better Collagen products i've used. also don't mind the taste which is good as sometimes can be a bit odd
Small Convenient Sachets
I like the size and convenience of the sachet. I'm 57 and I started to take collagen following a knee operation and I feel it's really helped build back my knee cartilage and alleviate the discomfort. I was happy to try these sachets as I had been taking collagen in tablet form which are huge tablets. They are great to keep in my bag and take to work. I firstly tried them with just plain water but I preferred them mixed in with my breakfast smoothie. The powder mixes in the liquid without leaving any lumps but in plain water I found that there was strange texture so that's why I added it to my smoothie. In this form it is very easy to digest and I think I can notice a difference already. I've still got a couple left which I am going to try in a hot drink as I hadn't thought of that.

My hair feels in better condition despite washing as normal, and I have had to cut my nails more often than usual. The biggest change I've noticed, and most significant is the fact that my joints feel so much better (evidenced in the fact I don't groan when sitting/standing! :rofl:) The only change I have made is the introduction of the collagen peptides! One draw back of the product is that I found it didn't mix very well, and would have to use a variety of shakers, stirrers and whisks to get it mixed, and even then there would be some smaller clumps left. However, these draw back are completely overlooked due to the benefits I've seen and have already ordered more to keep them going! 10/10 product!!
