Does it blur? Yes. Does it mattify? Yes. Does it sit on well on skin? No. I had an issue that it sits funny on skin sometimes, it works only a very spesific things under it. Also, I can’t use it corners of nose, it makes white stripes there. Points for the packaging and generaus amount.

Great at evening out my skin tone and giving a flawless base.

Pros are that it does offer some smoothing qualities. Cons are that you can feel it on your skin and after 1-2 hours it starts feeling oily (or maybe thats my skin overcompensating?!). Also has a pale tint so almost has the white cast sunscreen effect- fine if you are pale skinned but anything above nc/nw10 good luck! Also found that it stuck in fine lines around my mouth and eyes. Make up went on looking velvety but i think it made my make up break up on my skin. I think if you have perfect, normal, pale skin and wear this on its own with maybe a dusting of powder then this may work for you but there are so many better primers out there worth your hard earned cash!

It has a bit of white cast and you have to blend it well but the skin looks super smooth.
