• Expensive…and did nothing

  Took these for several months and they did nothing. In fact, they seemed to break me out more. Also, why so much sugar? That’s not going to help anyone’s skin.

  Tastes nice! I have yet to notice any changes but it's a pretty nice snack for now. Maybe less breakouts were something to do with it? Not sure.

  These taste great and my hormonal acne has definitely improved after 6 weeks! I don’t get bloated in the same way either. Repurchased 3 times now and will definitely continue.

• Nothing special

  Didn’t do anything for my skin or PMS symptoms, even after taking these for a while. Plus the amount of sugar in these gummies is just too much, not really necessary and definitely won’t help skin.

• Amazing

  They taste so good and actually work! I suffer from heavy PMS symptoms every month but after starting these my hormonal acne has decreased and the cramping, nausea, and bloating I typically experience during my periods is nonexistent.

• Have only been using this

  Have only been using this for about a week and can‘t really tell a difference other than it does combine nicely with my other supplements. The only downside is that there‘s cane sugar in there - a lot even. Which makes no sense for a supplement. I will use it until it‘s empty.

• Really pleased so far only 2 issues

  Super pleased with these thus far , I'm about half a bottle in and want to order another one it's that good. Seems to be helping my period stay regular and consistent, maybe slightly less painful. As for my skin it's helped enough for me to keep buying these , it's not a cure but it's a good enough impact to make me want to buy them again. My only two issues are that the packaging is beautiful like I love it but why not make it fully reusable ? Why emboss the brand and text on the bottle why not have a peel off label so you can reuse it , it's very bulky and to not make it fully reusable seems a awful waste of plastic ? . My other issue is a minor one no gain no loss type deal , I thought this would help my breast pains during my pms but it didn't help at all , not in the slightest sadly

• Not really sure they work

  I been taking these a month, I bought two tubs as this stuff takes forever to see any real difference, I bought them for my skin mainly, since taking them my skin hasn't improved massively, the cramps and boob pains have reduced tbh but that might be down to how my hormones play tbh , I'm giving this another month because I still got same acne breakout so it may improve, at 33 quid it's alot, I hate acne on my face and I'm willing to try anything but I'm not willing to carry on spending 33 if it does jack all, like I said I will try the second bottle I got and hope for the best but I'm not worried about stocking up for now

• Great for PCOS

  I have both PCOS and endometriosis so I get quite bad cramps. I have noticed that the pain eases a little whenever I take these

• It worths

  I've been using it for 2 months and after the 1st one I really saw a positive difference in my mood and I was also less bloating! The flavor is good but too sweet for me, principally when you eat the 2 gummies at the same time.
