because it allows a whole new creativity level in my makeup art. However, I think it's important to say the vinyl effect formula is completely not waterproof and anything that it even slightly touches looses any of its original waterproof properties. It stays dewy and is kinda like eye lip gloss. I have horrible allergies and the extreme moisture actually really helps with the puffiness I get, so I just love how it feels on my eyes all day long!! However, I don't let it touch my other About Face products or the amazing waterproof qualities all the eye paints, shadow sticks, and gel eyeliners have immediately disappeared. If you have any of the loose glitter powders and layer them with vinyl effect the intense color is everything but it becomes so super easy to transfer and spread everywhere it if you touch it at all! This picture is after an entire 8 hour day of wearing and it's still dewy and fresh looking! Love how it makes my eye shadows look.

Whatever I do, it seems to never dry down and it creates a mess... even when the eye paint is completely dry!!
Disappointed.

I like it for what it is. Its not sticky, its soft and moisturizing so that is great too. Only thing about the product is that i wish it would dry down more. And become more of a laminate on top of the eyepaint. Unfortunately this gloss doesnt dry and so over time it becomes drippy and it doesnt stay in place very well because of that.

I was so looking forward to this product, but every way I try it (with primer, over shadow, paints, etc.) it melts everything including my eyeliner. The only way I can wear this is for a super natural look with absolutely no eye makeup underneath. This is absolutely gorgeous on the eye and is perfect for a dewy look

Was very excited for this one. Tried it with fractal eyepaint first and it melted into a mess. I thought I'd get better results with shadow fix and a matt eyepaint. No it all still melted away, including my eyeliner.


It's not sticky but it also doesn't dry down so it's useless for hooded eyes.

So far so good. This is a really nice gloss for creating a shiny lid. Doesn’t melt your eye paint
