Hair Straightener

I have already tried to leave this review, but they will not allow it to be posted. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is cheap, plastic & poorly made. You have to damage your hair to get it straight as this took me 1hr to straighten my hair with this. I complained due to how terrible this straightener is, but they weren't bothered at all to refund me. Instead, they just took my money, which is hilarious considering I have put my trust in a product they are selling. They said I should determine my purchase on reviews, but clearly they are manipulating those as my reviews are being rejected.

I purchased these straighteners a year ago and they were amazing at first, then after a while they randomly stopped heating up. The plates just wouldnt heat up. Good straighteners for when they work. But for the price point i would have expected them to work longer. I have cheaper straighteners that do a better job than these.

These straighteners were amazing when they worked. For the past year the light stopped working and now the whole straightener doesnt work. It turns on but the plates do not heat up. I habent even had these for long

I have long thick wavy hair and these just dont do it for my hair. It takes a while to get through. No use if im in a rush. My daughters got fairly straight hair and they smooth it perfectly. So depends on your hair type for me. I probably need ghds

Bought these because I like using beauty works hair products and my GHDs are quite old. Glad I did think they are just as good as GHDs. Heat up fairly quickly, feel nice to use good size for hair.

This is the third time I’ve tried to leave a review on this product. Do not buy them. They look and feel cheap, the tool gets far too hot so you can barely style your hair. I have thick but straight hair and on 200, they didn’t do anything. Also you can’t return these. I used them twice, haven’t used since and there’s nothing you can do if they’re not satisfactory.

I use a few of the beauty works products and after seeing the reviews, I thought these would be just as good. Sadly they’re far from it. They look and feel cheap, the straightener gets so hot, not the plates, but the actual straightener itself so it’s hard to style your hair. I have normal to thick hair, not wavy or frizzy, quite straight but these did nothing for me unless they were on the highest heat. I really would not recommend these to anyone, so so disappointed. And, no refund!
