Monthly Patch: Mentha piperita (Menthol) Aerial Parts - 10% & Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus Oil) Leaf Oil - 5%. Other ingredients: Adhesive (Guar Gum & Tracaganth Gum Rosin Esters - from tree sap). The patch is a naturally derived medical-grade polymer blend.
Cooling Forehead Patches: French Lavender Essential Oil, Vetiver Essential Oil, Jasmine Absolute Essential Oil, Roman Chamomile Essential Oil, Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil, Organic Alcohol

Gebrauchsanweisung
Monthly Patch:
- Peel off the protective liner from the cuts in the middle.
- Try not to touch the sticky back of the patch as it may reduce how effectively it sticks to your skin.
- Place the patch uniformly over the area you want the cooling effect.
- You can apply your patch wherever makes you feel comfortable.
- It can take 20-30mins before you start feeling the cooling sensation.
- After using, peel the patch off slowly and throw in the bin.
Cooling Forehead Patches:
- Make sure to wash your forehead before use.
- Cut open one of the pouch and remove the patch and use immediately.
- Remove part of the transparent liner to expose the adhesive gel area.
- Apply the gel patch on the forehead gently while peeling away the liner.
- Leave it on for up to eight hours.
Sleep Pillow Mist:
- Spritz your pillow and duvet.
- Lie back and relax on your bed. Slowly breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.
- Then, slowly breathe out through your mouth for 7 seconds.
- Keep breathing in this cycle until you slowly drift off to sleep.
