I spray this onto my
I spray this onto my sleep mask and pillow 5 mins before going to sleep. The lavender is incredibly calming whilst also not being overpowering. Its the ultimate way to add in aromatherapy to your night time routine. Found this greatly improved my quality of sleep.
strong smell
at least it doesnt leave wet spots on my pillow..and it may help a bit with sleeping. But I find the smell to be unbearable. You can even smell it at a distance.

Calming, relaxing scent perfect after a long day or a stressful one. A few strays on my pillow help to have a good nights rest. I mostly use it as a nightly ritual now and help me keep my mind ease.

is it really worth it
i love this.but i ordet 4 product.not only thing that is negative is. not only do you have to pay produts, but you have to pay expensive judgments for customs. It was robbery so that way, it is not host the money
I'm poor right now so
I'm poor right now so it's a luxury ordering sleep mist... but oh my word the smell is amazing. Seriously, several other brands do not compare in scent or duration. I suffer with insomnia badly, and try many things to make sleeping occur naturally. The scent isn't overpowering, and truly makes a difference to mood and relaxation. Obviously, I think it's value for money, but only wish it was on offer more for this single mum of two. But I always purchase when I can and try to make it stretch. Honestly, if this was in sleepy bath, lotion and body mist.. I would be in my element. Favourite scent without a doubt.
